Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rose & Co, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Our refund policy lasts for 24 hours after you receive your flowers. If more than 24 hours have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To request a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@roseco.com.au.

If you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:

Please note: all cancellations will incur an administration and/or processing fee. Please read our cancellation terms below.

  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 40% of the total order value.
  • Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice before the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $20.00 per order. We regret that we cannot cancel orders that have been processed or are already with our courier for delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging/vase/box.
